£50k + £12k OTE + Car or Allowance

You’ll be joining a growing organisation in the UK of over 250 associates at one of the UK’s leading distributors of industrial automation and control products.

ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

The Vision Applications Consultant drives opportunities to completion by delivering pre-sales technical support and clearly presenting Vision solutions to customers. Key duties include guiding clients through the machine lifecycle, showcasing solutions that improve efficiency and cut costs, and collaborating with sales, partners, and both internal and external stakeholders for technical support.

The key elements of the role will include:

• Proactively engaging with sales teams and franchise partners on identified projects or target customer accounts.
• Collaborating with the Mechatronics team and taking full ownership of the UK Vision solution in the UK.
• Working with partnered SI community to both enable them and ensure they follow the SI MOU in maximising the business.
• Supporting the Regional Sales team in developing the commercial acumen and skills required to deliver against the Vision solution offering, including the coaching and development of the external sales team

Experience required:

• Prior experience with industrial vision systems
• Customer facing sales development experience
