Our client is a leading provider of Industrial IT and OT technical products for the connected world. They work with businesses of all sizes to improve their industrial operations through the provision of the optimum software and hardware.

The company also offer a range of services globally that include general and industry specific solutions. Their experts will identify the scope of work, develop the milestones, roll out the project with documentation. With many projects implemented their repeat business is a testament to their quality reputation within the industry.

An opening has now become available within their Cyber Security department. The right candidate profile will have experience of software sales and a desire to lead, motivate and ensure the ongoing success of the sales team.

The role is office based with the option to work one day a week from home. There will also be the occasional client facing site visits within key accounts and prestige opportunities.

Previous management experience is not essential; however, you must be able to demonstrate that you are ready for career progression and excited about a new challenge. The role will involve growing and shaping the internal sales team and developing their potential. You will establish processes, set objectives and targets, and increase performance.
